Crookston Hotel - Glasgow

We had guest room with a private bathroom. Central heating, television, and an electric kettle were much appreciated.

Excellent overall experience. The hotel was clean and in a handy location. Fantastic service, pleasant and accommodating staff. Tidy rooms with 2 double beds, really good pillows and the bar and enjoyable breakfast. The breakfast on a fasting diet. For tea or coffee visit Boyds Coffee nearby.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

We explored local attractions and enjoyed the lively bar scene. Great location, just a short ride from the airport. The food was decent and the staff were friendly. Perfect for a fun group getaway.

The first room we got had a strong odor and wasn't cleaned properly, disappointing. Thankfully, the second room was better, but it was still a hassle .

I booked a night at Crookston to catch a show at the nearby SS HYDRO. Check-in was friendly, but I had to hunt down a staff member since no one was at the reception. My room was basic but cozy. I enjoyed the reasonably priced food in the bar, and the locals were super friendly. I faced some noise disturbances. A rowdy group outside kept me awake, and there was a loud TV from the next room. The breakfast could use improvement. The woman serving appeared overwhelmed. While my stay was enjoyable overall, there are definitely some areas that need attention for a better experience.

The food was downright fantastic-James devoured the Sunday roast, especially loving the cheese sauce slathered on the broccoli. I went for the steak pie, packed with glorious meat and paired with buttery, herbed potatoes that hit the spot! Plus, the charming old building vibe added a sprinkle of character.

Had a bit of a hassle finding staff when we needed help because despite ringing the bell at reception, we had to go hunting around. The decor linked to an earlier time definitely calls for a fresh look.

Recommend it for a casual getaway

Had my wedding meal here, staff were on point and the room was clean and fresh. They always had ice ready for my husband who just got a knee operation which was really thoughtful.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still acceptable for what we got.

Stayed one night at the crookston hotel again, and it was super cozy. The staff were really nice, always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty too, loved the variety. The location is also perfect for me, close to everything i needed. The bar is a cool spot to chill with friends.

The room i got this time wasn't as good as before, it didn't have private facilities like my last stay. Could've used a bit more shelving in the room for my stuff.

A Good Stay with Really good Service!

We enjoyed a fantastic three-night stay. Especially when they provided ice packs for my husband's recovery. The beautifully decorated room added to our comfort, and breakfast was a tasty highlight. Don't miss the lovely restaurant!
